The name, meaning “owl” in French and also used as slang for “cool” or “nice,” creates a dual identity—visually refined yet spirited and approachable. Inspired by the convivial energy of traditional Parisian cafés, Chouette is designed as a place where good food, conversation, and atmosphere come together to create an experience that feels both elevated and effortlessly welcoming.
